Belice - Music Video in Gran Canaria

Although we are from Warsaw, we are based in two different places, one of them being the capital of Poland and the other Gran Canaria of the Canary Islands in Spain.

This music video has been produced in multiple breathtaking places on the amazing island of Gran Canaria.

Gran Canaria Music Video - how did we produce it? 

Well, it was fairly easy for us. Firstly because Sebastian is based on the island for the most time of the year and he already knows all the good spots where to shoot, and secondly the idea of the music video has been very flexible to changes so we could actually improvise a lot on the shoot.

The production of the Gran Canaria Music video took 3 shooting days in 3 different locations.

We first went to the Barranco de las Vacas, which is absolutely amazing and offers the most incredible light and perfect geometry.

Later we have visited the town called Tufia, which is a lovely little fisherman village with the most amazing black rocks right at the beach. If you ever end up going there, make sure to visit in low tide as when the ocean comes in the beach gets flooded.

The final location was a town called Pozo Izquierdo which usually hold the world championship in Windsurfing as the wind there is super strong. While shooting this Gran Canaria music video we really wanted to use the strong wind to our advantage in the form of hair flowing in random directions which really gave great dynamic and made the scenes a little more dramatic.

Gran Canaria Music Video - what gear did we use? 

Another surprise as we kept it very simple and used only the Black Magic Pocket Camera 4k with the Sigma 18-35 lens. One ND filter and a lot of batteries. No external monitor for the weight and one Manfrotto tripod and that’s it. The rest was just pure creativity in directing and establishing the perfect shots with limited resources. This is what we are really good at.
